Transport to Norway Kizomba Festival
Norway Kizomba Festival will be held in Stavanger at Scandic Stavanger City Hotel. The hotel has rebated prices for participants at the festival. Stavanger is the oil capital of Norway. The venue is in walking distance from Stavanger Central Station. It is about 10-15 min walk.

Stavanger has its own airport. Search for Sola, Stavanger and you will find it. There are often very reasonable tickets with direct flights to Stavanger from many of the big cities in Europe, like London and Paris. Air tickets can be found under 80 £/euro if you book early.
GETTING TO/FROM THE AIRPORT
Flybussen (The Airport Express Coach) offers the most convenient way to travel between Stavanger and the Airport at Sola. A single ticket costs 110kr (12 euro) for the 25-min journey and a return (to be used within 30 days) is 160kr, with discounts available for children, students, senior citizens and military.
For those on a budget, check out local bus route 9 to both Stavanger and Sandnes, which offers better value but takes around an hour from the airport to Stavanger city centre. A ticket is about 50 kr (5,5 euro) and the buss stopp is just 2 min walk from the Airport at Helicopter Service. Information point at the Airport are always very friendly to guide.

TRAVELLING FROM OSLO - STAVANGER
Fligths from Gardermoen to Sola takes about 30-40 min to Sola, Stavanger. Tickets can be found as low as 199,- (22 euro) kr one way, prices usually around 500,- (55 euro) kr one way.
Travelling with train, the Sørland Railway takes you from Oslo past Kristiansand to Stavanger through contrasting scenery. The whole journey takes approximately 8 hours. The train has four daily departures, and also runs as a night train with sleeping compartments. The train tickets can easily be found at 199,- kr (22 euro) one way. If you take the car it is about a 7 hour drive.
TAVELLING FROM BERGEN - STAVANGER
If you want to travel from Stavanger to Bergen, you have several options; you can bus (5½ hours, kr 209) or car ferry (7¾ hours, kr 287) or car ferry via Bergen. You can also fly direct usually around 400 kr one way or also drive.
